We are so confident that your Scissorman scissors or products will delight you with their quality, comfort, ease of use, and value for money that we offer not one but two written guarantees.  Purchasing your scissors or other products from us guarantees your peace of mind.

1. We guarantee your satisfaction. If, after trying your scissors or other products in your own home you are not absolutely 100% satisfied, return them to us any time up to 12 months after purchase for a full and immediate refund or exchange, no questions asked!
    
2. We guarantee the product.  All scissors and other products sold by Scissorman are made from the finest quality materials and have been manufactured to our high standards.  All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  They are protected against defects in manufacture for up to 25 years for some brands.  Details of each manufacturer’s warranty can be found on the packaging of the individual products.

The bottom line is that we want our customers to be happy with our products and service and continue to buy from us well into the future.  The owner of Scissorman, Trevor Robertson, makes a point of overseeing customer service personally and welcomes all customer feedback.  Trevor loves to hear all the good stories too!

Returns & Exchanges

It is important to us at Scissorman that the products you receive are in good working order and that you are completely happy with your purchase.  If you experience any problems with products you purchase from us we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right quickly.

Flat Rate Postage

We love buying products online ourselves but our pet aversion is the postage charge at the end of the order.  Therefore, we have made the decision to ship any order from our website for only $5.95 anywhere in Australia. 

The price for overseas postage varies depending on the country – price is on application.
